DER Windows is in the middle of a huge project in Brooklyn, New York, and is supplying our series 8800/8810 aluminum thermal break casement/fixed window configuration along with receptor, subsill, H-mullion, limit devices, and 1” louvers within the window frame with blank off panels. The windows were the best selection to meet the stringent u-values of .40 with an SHGC of .33 and the OITC had to be .28 or better.
