We are proud to see the Enterprise Hub building at the University of Hertfordshire’s de Havilland campus awarded ‘2021 Project of the Year’ at the 2021 Constructing Excellence East of England awards.

Delivered via the SCAPE framework in collaboration with Bond Bryan, Conisbee, CPWP, Turner & Townsend and Deacon & Jones LLP, the Enterprise Hub provides a designated modern and fully equipped co-working space, particularly useful for early stage businesses and entrepreneurs, to use flexibly. It includes collaborative informal learning/work zones, start-up business incubator open plan areas and offices together with teaching and exam spaces and a social café & dining spaces.
