Another high-profile Reddy development that is nearing completion is the Frascati apartments scheme in Blackrock, Co Dublin.
Reddy Architecture + Urbanism has been providing architectural services for the construction stage of the apartments for Burlington Real Estate.
The project consists of 45 high-quality apartments being built on top of the centre with spectacular views over Dublin Bay and the surrounding areas.

The main contractor, Collen Construction, commenced the works on site in early 2020 and, though work has been interrupted by Covid restrictions, the project is nearing completion.
