PROJECT PROFILE: Dundrum Residential
We were challenged with designing a best-in-class residential development to deliver Hammerson’s first residential project in Ireland.

The Dundrum scheme known as Building 5 has 107 apartments and contains a generous level of dedicated on-site amenities for the residents including co-working space at ground floor, a gym and cinema room. The upper level contains a feature residents sky lounge and terrace.
