CDC’s Montreal, Canada office is proud to have been the facade consultant for the Georgetown University building called 55 H Street. The building's design incorporates curtain wall, windows, terracotta, and aluminum panels, all integrated into a seamless pressure equalized rain screen application. We helped the Architect to create finned mullions on the window facade that allowed for shading to assist the energy program. RAMSA, Robert A. M. Stern Architects and CDC collaborated on the project from schematic design thru construction administration.
