1. The thicker the insulation strip is, the better.

2. The thicker the profile is, the better.

The truth is: For own house, 75 or 80 series windows are good enough for heat insulation and sound insulation, no need to opt thicker ones, but if you are living in a apartment building and higher than 12 floors where there usually is stronger wind than on the ground, you can choose 108 or 115 series.

3. For sound insulation, hollow glass must be inflated with argon.

The truth is: argon is to keep the glass with better heat insulation effect, if you want to better sound proof effect, you need to choose three-tier laminated hollow glass.
