The differences between thermal-break Aluminum and Aluminum windows and doors.

I. What is thermal break aluminum profile?

Two halves of aluminum alloy profiles are connected by nylon insulation strips (best material PA66 ) through special processes to form a new profile, thermal break aluminum alloy profile.  A thermal break is simply a piece of material positioned within an aluminium window frame to minimize heat loss, it breaks the bridge of heat transmission, hence its name.

I. The difference between thermal break aluminium profile and ordinary aluminium profile.

1. Structure: The structure is different. The main frame of aluminum alloy window and door is made of integral aluminum alloy profile. The broken bridge aluminum frame is also made of aluminum alloy, but the middle is connected with heat insulation strip.

2. Thermal insulation effect：thermal break aluminum doors and windows will be better in the aspects of heat insulation, thermal insulation or sound insulation, especially in terms of heat insulation, that is because the middle connection parts, which are usually made of PA66 material, can effectively cut off heat conduction, no matter which direction it is, from outside to inside in hot summer or from inside to outside in cold winter.

3. Energy conservation and Environment protection: Windows and doors made of thermal break aluminum can save energy to the maximum, it can promote the personal carbon emission reduction, thus you can make your own contribution to the world target of carbon neutralization.

4. Sound insulation: Since the thermal break aluminum profile comes with insulation strips, the frame width is relative larger than ordinary aluminum profile, windows or doors are usually designed with double glass or triple galss, which can effectively reduce the resonance effect of sound wave, prevent the transmission of sound, and reduce the noise by at least 30dB.

5. Cost:  With so many advantages, windows or doors made of thermal break Aluminum will cost a little more than that of ordinary aluminum, however, compared with the good performance as I mentioned above, its cost effective is absolutely high.
