Clark Construction is proud to announce that 110 North Wacker has been recognized as the best office, retail, or mixed-use project for 2021 by ENR Midwest! 

110 North Wacker is the city's tallest office building to be delivered in three decades, totaling 57 stories.

Situated along the Chicago River, the 1.5-million-square-foot Class A+ office tower features a 15,000-square-foot fitness center, a 12,000-square-foot conference center, 22,000 square feet of retail space, a half-acre Riverwalk park plaza, and a two-story, below-grade parking structure. 

The building's sawtooth façade along the riverside property line is held up by three trident columns for enhanced, open views of the 30-foot-wide Riverwalk.
